Cosmic Sand is a human being that comes from another planet far from Earth.
In his planet, humans are motivated by Frequencies (a specially composed sound formula, conceived to give us motivation and pleasure to live in perfect conditions).
He has been notified that Earth is in grave danger of being destroyed by its own habitants.
Humans need Motivation, Humans need FREQUENCIES! And as he says:

"My sound is the Path of Salvation.

Your way of Survival.

The only source of Motivation."

He is currently installed in Porto, Portugal. And from there we do get their sounds to the rest to the world.
